Income Tax raid : Sources say Mohanlal is innocent

Close sources to Malayalam Superstar Mohanlal has said - Actor Mohanlal is innocent and has paid Income Tax accurately without any delay. In an exclusive talk, the source who was on the way to   Mumbai, revealed "Every single paise that Mohanlal receives is being documented and he has paid tax correctly. No need of worry in this issue." The Income Tax Department recently raided Mohanlal's and Mammooty's houses in Kochi, Thiruvanathapuram, Bangalore, Chennai after finding some irregularities in tax return. 

"It was actually a misunderstanding happened in the auditing and nothing wrong in IT raid," the source clarified. 

And, he criticized the way the media manipulated the IT raid. "If you post-mortem reports related to this in various media, especially Malayalam Newspapers, we can find every media has the same version. To an extent, media gave enough publicity to this normal procedure and accused Malayalam Superstars - Mohanlal & Mammootty as criminals at one point as they 'investigate' and find some 'scoop' in every issue, he added.
