Indian Community Welfare Fund: Times of India reports my RTI

 

Times of India reported that the Union Government spent Rs 137 crore to assist expats in 2020 but only utilised Rs 24 crore in 2021 from the Indian Community Welfare Fund (ICWF) quoting an RTI document obtained by K. Govindan Nampoothiry.
