Kerala State Welfare Corporation for Forward Communities Limited chaired by R Balakrishna Pillai, former Kerala minister  and senior leader of Kerala Congress (B), has spent Rs 50 lakh to prepare data bank and Rs 7 lakh for website revamp. However financially backward individuals/families in forward communities are not getting the benefits they deserve.
