Czech Republic @ Kochi: Opens first visa processing centre in Kerala

As part of strengthening bilateral ties with India, Czech Republic in association with VFS Global, a leading player in visa process outsourcing, has opened its visa processing centre at Kochi. This is Czech Republic aka Czechia's first visa processing centre in Kerala. Within 10 working days visa can be availed from office functioning at First floor, Coastal Chambers, Ravipuram. 



Czech to embrace India 

Martin Smolek, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Czech Republic, said that they are planning to open another visa processing centre in Thiruvananthapuram. Meanwhile Milan Hovorka, Ambassador of the Czech Republic to India, said that the country is considering issuing multiple entry visas to Indians. "Demand for launching direct flight between the two countries also will be considered soon," he said.



Unlocks Kerala business 

The Czech delegation held discussions with Kochi Mayor Soumini to explore the possibilities for mutual cooperation in various sectors including education and culture.


The visa processing centre in Kochi is the Czech Republic's eleventh such centre in India. 

Czech Republic known for its gorgeous architecture and revolutionary history is number one in the world for beer consumption.
