Sivagiri tourism circuit: Mangalam reports my RTI

                             

Mangalam has reported my RTI on Sivagiri tourism circuit (Sree Narayana Guru spiritual circuit). Rs 69.47 crore Sivagiri tourism circuit was one of the prestigious projects allotted to Kerala under Swadesh Darshan Scheme. However, the Union Ministry of Tourism has not released the first installment to ITDC (India Tourism Development Corporation), the nodal agency for implementation hitherto.
