Movie ticket goes online...
Now movie buffs can avoid long queues in front of theatres to get movie tickets as Nature Nest- an online travel agency in Ernakulam in association with the Kerala Film Exhibitors has come up with an E-solution to book the movie tickets online. Besides, sms facility is also available to book tickets. Though E-movie ticketing is not a novel idea, it is the first time this kind of facility which covers entire state.
” Now there are a lot of ticketing systems like home delivery, movie booking agencies etc, but often they don’t offer credibility and charging fee is high. We will work for theatres and customers and will act as a connecting tool between these two” says Surjith.M.B, Propietor of Nature Nest. To ease movie ticketing we have are also planning sms facility, so that people can save time and money, he adds.
It will cover Kochi, Kozhikode, Thriuvananthapuram, Thrissur, Kollam and Kottayam in the first stage. In the first phase it will be implemented on 100 A-class cinemas across the state. B and C class theatres will be covered later.

“The process is simple for our facility. If you want to book a ticket just log on to the site www.easytickets.in and register with the bank account number, the registered users will get a membership number,” says Surjith. The site will be launched officially on March.
Credit cards are also permitted for the transaction and a minimal fee would also be charged for the service.
