The Times of India quoting my RTI reported that KIRTADS (Kerala institute for Research Training & Development studies of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) is failing to implement the museum project for tribal freedom fighters even three years after the Ministry of Tribal Affairs released Rs 7.19 crore.
