KSWIFT: Manorama reports my RTI

Malayala Manorama based on my RTI reported that Kerala Single Window Interface for Fast and Transparent Clearance (KSWIFT), an online mechanism for issuing speedy clearance for proposals (within 30 days of application), launched by the Kerala Government, has turned out as big flop.
