CII to host Kerala Health Tourism-2013

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) will host ‘Kerala Health Tourism-2013’ at Hotel Le Meridian in Kochi from October 31. Announcing this news, Dr. Azad Moopen, Chairman of CII said that over 400 delegates, including representatives from various foreign countries, will attend.

"The three-day programme will highlight emerging trends, opportunities and challenges in the Indian health tourism arena and discuss the preparedness of hospitals," said Dr. Azad Moopen, Chairman of Dubai-based DM Healthcare. 

The programme would help to promote Kerala as a preferred destination for health tourism. Coinciding with the event, the CII is also introducing a focussed exhibition on medical equipment ‘MediEquip-2013’ to showcase hospital needs and medical equipment manufacturers, Dr. Moopen added.
